Q1. Have you even gone on a diet? If you did, for what purpose? Was it effective?

As some of you may have already known, I used to be morbidly obese. I reckon I was quite conscious about it, judging by my then-self fiddling with my shirt and so on.

Well, I guess back then I had pushed off taking action as far as I could. However, it’s not like you can turn away your face from the problem and it would disappear, or so I thought. So I began doing the marathon, starting with a quarter-long, half-long and at some point I found myself doing the full marathon every day, although it didn’t last that long. The reason? — It’s just because I achieved my target weight in 2 weeks a second after I made the resolution. There have been — I say, “have been” — the pros and cons. The pros are, I became the better version of myself, by social standard and it got me some sense of confidence as I was young enough to be self-conscious but anyway made my way into how to get things out of sheer efforts. Q2. Let’s share the best diet meal or any solution to make your desired body shape.

Assuming the goal of this topic is to find out the way to make your body look better, I have to say it should start with setting the right goal. In Structured Query Language, it will be written as follows.

Fun fact, there is no way to reduce your fat, LOCALLY. However, you still need to work out the part that you want to shed fat off of to manage the tone.
